Smith Johnson released financial figures for the first half of 2004. Company's total revenue increased 29% over the first half of the prior year while net profit increased 135%.

Smith Johnson was awarded a Master Services Contract by the State of Utah to provide IT Services to State and Local government agencies.

Alan Davis added to Smith Johnson Group board of directors. Mr Davis has over 14 years Information Technology experience. He currently works for PRG Schultz as a business development manager for process analysis.

Smith Johnson & Associates Inc. was renamed Smith Johnson Group Inc. The name change was made to reflect an expansion in IT Solutions the company will be offering.

January, 2004
Smith Johnson signed a distributor agreement and business partnership with 6PM Management & Consultancy. 6PM Management & Consultancy is located in the Country of Malta and services many businesses in Europe. 6PM USA was created and will operate as a DBA of Smith Johnson. The agreement allows Smith Johnson to distribute their Software development tool Suite and train organizations in their Agile development methodologies throughout North America.
